Natasha Ferguson

Natasha Ferguson is the President of City Modular Inc., a leader in innovative, sustainable modular construction in Canada. With over 20 years of hands-on and executive experience, Natasha has built a reputation as a forward-thinking builder, project strategist, and advocate for inclusive industry practices. She is also the founder of A Women’s Work Support Centre (AWW Org) Canada’s first skilled-trades training school exclusively for women—where she has helped hundreds of women and newcomers enter and thrive in the construction sector.

Recognized nationally as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women, Natasha has received multiple awards including the UBC Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Award, Startup Canada’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Women of Distinction Award, and the King Charles III Coronation Medal.
