Bob leads set-day operations and finish quality on every project. He coordinates trades, enforces safety, and runs punch lists from crane lift to final walkthrough—verifying each module meets CSA specs and Tarion standards before keys are handed over.
About Me
As City Modular’s Site Supervisor and Quality Control Manager, Bob has been actively engaged in, and responsible for managing and coordinating all of the key elements of building our modular homes in a safe and efficient manner. As an expert in modular construction, Bob is passionate about the construction process, with a particular interest in cabinet making. Bob brings over 20 years of experience in the modular home and office industry, and his passion contributes to the overall success of City Modular’s vision, culture and values as being a leader in the modular space.
