President / Founder
As the President and Founder of City Modular Buildings Inc., Daniel has a strong passion for the modular industry. He is constantly working to create new and efficient systems to make the overall process viable for each specific project. Daniel takes pride in robust workmanship with quality at the forefront of his work. With 24 years of experience as a Master Electrician, and 15 Years in the Commercial Modular Construction industry, Daniel’s leadership is his greatest contribution to the City Modular team. His spirit and intent drive the vision, culture and values of City Modular Construction.

Alessandro (AI) Bonura

Project Manager
As the Project Manager for City Modular Buildings Inc., Al is actively engaged in, and responsible for planning and overseeing our modular projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within budget and with the highest quality standards. Al is passionate about construction and electrical designs, and provides a solid contribution to the efficiencies of our modular builds. His attention to detail and leadership drives our projects to completion in a timely manner. Al coaches minor league hockey outside of working hours, where he can further put his leadership skills to good use with future hockey stars!

Bob McIntyre

Site Supervisor / Quality Control Manager
As City Modular’s Site Supervisor and Quality Control Manager, Bob has been actively engaged in, and responsible for managing and coordinating all of the key elements of building our modular homes in a safe and efficient manner. As an expert in modular construction, Bob is passionate about the construction process, with a particular interest in cabinet making. Bob brings over 20 years of experience in the modular home and office industry, and his passion contributes to the overall success of City Modular’s vision, culture and values as being a leader in the modular space.

Vicky Figliomeni

VP Finance
As City Modular’s VP Finance, Vicky has been actively engaged in overseeing the financial health and efficiency of the business. She thrives on assisting with City Modular’s overall financial strategies, as well as core business planning. Not only does she focus on mitigating risk and ensuring compliance, she also participates in assisting with the growth of the company financially. With many years of expertise in accounting, audit and financial reporting, Vicky brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, as she maintains a strong finance function within the business.

Kevin Samy

Construction Site Supervisor
As City Modular’s Site Supervisor, Kevin is a key member of the operational team. His responsibilities include monitoring the progress of our modular construction projects, and ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations. Kevin started his career in modular installations, and later brought his skillset to modular build construction. He has 26 years of experience and modular expertise, and has great enthusiasm for ensuring each project is completed in an efficient and safe manner. He has a passion for all kinds of construction trades on his site; plumbing, welding and electrical, which translates into a wealth of skills he brings forward to the City Modular team.

Bianca Acqua

Director, Sales and Marketing

Meet Bianca, the driven and innovative Director of Sales and Marketing at City Modular Buildings Inc. With a powerhouse combination of a Master’s degree and a PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience from Columbia University, Bianca brings a wide range of expertise and a unique perspective to our luxury modular home company. Her brilliant mind and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in revolutionizing the way we approach our sales and marketing strategies, helping us consistently exceed our client’s expectations.
