Here is our step-by-step process to building your Modular Home, Cottage, Laneway Home or garden Suite.
We give you a selection of floor plans
Select a design for your cottage, laneway home or garden suite from our collection of floor plons. We’ll work with you to create custom interior and exterior designs to bring your vision to life. You can select from top-of-the-line finishes to style your home exactly the way you want.
We help you access affordable financing
Once you’ve decided on your home plan, you just pay a 20% down payment. Depending upon what you’re building. The City of Toronto offers financial incentives and forgivable loans to help homeowners build new housing units on their property.
We look after all the details
Our relationship with you starts long before the building begins. Whether your lot is on a remote lake up north or in a residential area of the GTA, we’ll come and survey the property to ensure that you make the most of your location. We can help you obtain all the necessary permits and assist with inspections and approvals.
We hook you up
You can ask us to assist with the set up of your gas, plumbing, septic and electrical hookup. That way everything your new home needs will be ready for hook up upon delivery. No need to worry about any further inspections or CA approvals for your module home – they’ve all been token care of during the building process.
We deliver your new home
We transport your new home modules to the site and install them on your lot foundation. Our highly trained experts seamlessly stitch the modules together on site to create a perfect home. They also finish off any exterior or interior final touches that need to be done.
